Returns for Fine Jewelry & Custom Pieces
- All sales are final for custom jewelry orders as each piece is tailored to individual specifications.
- Fine jewelry purchases (from brands like Tiffany, Rolex, etc.) are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, provided the item remains unworn and in its original packaging.
- Refunds are issued in the original payment method after our authentication and inspection process.
Returns for Gold & Precious Metals
- Due to the nature of precious metals and market fluctuations, all gold and bullion sales are final.
- The Flamingo Gold Bar Series is a collectible and investment-grade asset; therefore, no returns or exchanges are permitted.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution. We will facilitate an exchange or credit depending on availability.

- Gold and bullion orders cannot be canceled once placed.
